Greg joined the Paine Property Management team in 2019. As Chief Operating Officer, Greg is responsible for managing operations, accounting services, oversight, and collaboration with building engineers.
Career Highlights
Greg received his B.S. in Human Resource Management from Oklahoma State University. After completing his degree, Greg worked in insurance before transitioning to the mortgage industry with a career of 20+ years. Greg is a versatile senior executive with experience including strategic planning, business development, personnel management, operational oversight, financial services institution expertise, and developing and managing financial goals and performance.

Aimee joined the team with the acquisition of the Geophysical Resource Center campus in November of 2019. She oversees the management of the two buildings located on the property with a total of 180,000SF of prime office space.
Career Highlights
Working for the previous owners of the property, Aimee brings with her 10 years of experience working as the Landlord representative, which gives her a unique understanding of the wants and needs of the Landlord as well as the tenants. Her experience as Landlord Rep, intimate knowledge of the buildings, tenants and vendors as well as project management skills, make her a valuable addition to the Paine Property Management team.

Jackie began her career in commercial real estate in 2007 transitioning into facility management in 2011. She specializes in property and facility management, landlord representation, new commercial construction and remodels, operational maintenance, and overseeing/maintaining service contracts.

Jackie earned her B.S. Degree in Interior Architecture and Facility Management from Oklahoma State University. She has been a board member of the International Facility Management Association and Building Owners and Management Association. She is OSHA 30 certified with Safety Manager Certifications. Jackie brings extensive knowledge to the Paine team with 18 years of experience in the industry.
Chief Engineer

As Chief Engineer for Paine Property Management, Brett coordinates and oversees the operations and maintenance of the properties and assist with the construction management of asset and tenant improvements.
Career Highlights
Brett has over 28 years of operations and maintenance experience in a variety of properties including 16 years as a Chief Engineer. Brett has been involved with the operations and improvements of office, retail, industrial and data centers. Career highlights included overseeing the installation of an energy plant serving a data center located within an existing building. This included the installation of three 1,750 kw generators and four 750 kva UPS units, four battery strings consisting of 376 batteries capable of providing fifteen minuets of reserve power. Also installed 10,000 gallons of thermal storage and 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel storage. Brett has experience in commissioning new buildings and performing operational checks of the systems. Brett proved instrumental in the commissioning of the One Place Tower, working with the various subcontractors to verify that systems performed as promised, including, security, life safety, hydronic, HVAC, building automation, and building envelope systems. He is a 15 year member of the Uptime Institute.

Engineer
As an Engineer for Paine Property Management, Kenneth coordinates and oversees the operations and maintenance of the properties and assists with the construction management of asset and tenant improvements.
Career Highlights
Kenneth is currently working on his B.S. in Information Technology Management and has his first-class stationary engineer’s license, commercial drone pilot license, and CLEET reserve police officer certification. Kenneth has over 11 years of operations and maintenance experience including 3 years as a Chief Engineer. Kenneth has been involved with the operations and improvements of office, retail, industrial properties. Kenneth has experience in commissioning new buildings and performing operational checks of the systems. Kenneth proved instrumental in identifying and solving problems with the commissioning of the VAST bank building, working with the various subcontractors to verify that systems performed as promised, including, security, life safety, hydronic, HVAC, building automation, and building envelope systems
Engineer
Jacob has over six years of experience working in commercial properties. He is knowledgeable with HVAC systems, several different building automation systems, and fire/life safety systems. Jacob has completed an apprenticeship and earned his first-class stationary engineer license.

Johnny has professional experience in a variety of fields ranging from volunteer fireman to spray foam insulator to real estate investor. His passion for managing residential properties transferred into commercial real estate which led him to seek employment with Paine. He applies the various skills acquired as a young professional to his position at Paine, and values the skills he acquires working as a part of the Paine engineering team.
Accounting Analyst

As Accounting Analyst, Jacquelyn analyzes and manages financial data, reconciliations, incoming and outgoing transactions, and quarterly distributions. She performs tasks such as data entry, preparing invoices, paperwork, and contacts clients regarding their accounts. Jacquelyn is responsible for providing management with vital information regarding accounts, billing, and payments.

Jacquelyn has 15 years of Accounting Experience. She obtained her A.S. in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Microsoft Office Specialist (2013 & 2016) Master.
